HostMilano Fair 2019 in Figures

This year’s HostMilano trade fair has really been an event to talk about, with a wide range of new products influenced by new technological innovations designed to revolutionise the preparation, presentation and the consumption of food.

This year saw more than 2,249 exhibitors at Host - 3.8% more than in 2017. Of these, 1,360 were from Italy, while 889 were from a total of 55 foreign countries. In absolute terms, the top ten markets, in terms of attendance, were Germany, Spain, France, the United States, Turkey, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Greece, Switzerland and Portugal. The most noteworthy companies from first-time participants came from Albania, Argentina, Colombia, Latvia and the Lebanon. PUJADAS has been attending the fair for over 15 years, during which the company has been updated and consolidated as a benchmark in quality, finish and services, while offering a cross-sector service to the H&R sector. This year we had over 350 visits from 61 different countries, with an important number of visitors from Spain, Italy, France, and Germany.

Furthermore, the company made the most of its presence at the most important fair in the sector, by presenting just a few of our new 2020 products, for both the front and the back of the house.

“We are very satisfied with both the international impact of the fair and the quality of the visits we received. We have been able to present the new items from our forthcoming catalogue, along with a stand line, which is in line with the new image of Pujadas.” Daniel Domenech, General Director of Pujadas.
HostMilano has evolved over the years, and has become not just a trade fair that simply displays products, it is today an opportunity to establish contacts and a place to demonstrate technological innovations, with new formats and new trends.

The next fair will take place from 22 to 26 October 2021, in Milan.
