Pujadas presents the patented FLAP RACK system, a high performance dishwasher racks resistant to chemicals and temperatures up to 95ºC, with multiple options to provide a solution to the storage, transport and/or cleaning needs.

With a double-wall reinforcement to protect dishes and/or glassware, a good anchoring system and an ergonomic shape to be handled. It also offers an easy and safe assembly and disassembly system, obtaining the best solution on the market. The plastic flaps that accompany the baskets (available in different colors and with the option to customize the logo of your establishment) are an ideal solution, allowing to put or remove it from the walls of the basket, and thus offering the option with a single click to have an open or closed basket as appropriate in a simple way and without tools. The opened dishwasher allows for optimal cleaning and drying, the closed basket provides good protection and cover for storage and prevents soiling of the interior.

Flap Rack dishwashers offer different configurations for use with glassware, dishes, cutlery or trays. In the case of glassware, the baskets can be sended opened or closed mounted in 9, 16, 25, 36 or 49 compartments, depending on the diameter needed to cover. We can also find them with the version to be assembled, getting to cover different heights of glass as we need using the extensions.

To complete the offer in dishwasher racks, Pujadas offers in its catalog the T-VERSION option from its American parent company (Vollrath) an opened dishwasher rack, also of very high quality with a design that allows to optimize the capacity of the basket thanks to the hexagonal shape of its compartments as well as the small side compartments. The T-VERSION also allows the insertion of identification clips in different colors. Unlike the FLAP RACK, the T-VERSION is press-fitted and cannot be easily disassembled, thus offering mounted or unmounted solutions with the corresponding extensions, as required.

For storage or transport of the different baskets, Pujadas offers in its catalog different plastic and stainless steel trolleys, as well as 1160 or 1701 mm high trolleys with 5 or 9 levels respectively.
