PUJADAS provides a specific communication channel that serves as an instrument so that any individual who becomes aware, in a work or professional context, of the occurrence of any infringement in PUJADAS, can report it (even anonymously*) to the System Manager through the following communication channels of the Ethical Channel that PUJADAS has set up for this purpose:

– Via the e-mail address: canaletico@pujadas.es
– Via postal mail to the address: Carretera de Castanyet, 132, 17230, Santa Coloma de Farners, Girona (for the exclusive attention of the PUJADAS System Manager).
– By requesting a face-to-face meeting with the System Manager.

All communications carried out through the PUJADAS Ethical Channel must be made in good faith and may be accompanied by any documentation deemed relevant. PUJADAS undertakes not to adopt any form of retaliation, threats of retaliation or attempts of retaliation, directly or indirectly, against persons who, in good faith, have reported any irregularity through the Ethical Channel.

Investigations shall be carried out by the PUJADAS System Manager in an objective and diligent manner in accordance with internal regulations and applicable law. In this regard, throughout the investigation procedure, compliance with the principles of objectivity, confidentiality of communications, independence, good faith and protection of personal data will be monitored, and the right to defence, honour and the presumption of innocence of the persons under investigation will be guaranteed. Furthermore, the procedure shall be transparent and will guarantee the right of information of the persons involved in the procedure.

The following Operating Policy of PUJADAS’ Ethical Channel defines and establishes the general principles of application, as well as the issues relating to the procedure for managing, processing and resolving all communications received through the PUJADAS Ethical Channel.

*To ensure that you submit information anonymously, you must take into consideration the following:

  • – If possible, avoid reporting from a computer belonging to the company.
  • – Do not use a corporate e-mail address or one including your personal details.
  • – Do not use a PC connected to the company’s intranet.
  • Access the Ethical Channel directly by copying or typing the e-mail address instead of clicking on a link.
  • – Do not enter your personal information (e.g., name, surname, DNI/NIE/NIF, address, telephone number, etc.).
