Traex® Tray & Pan Racks
The Traex sheet pan rack offers a convenient, reliable solution to sheet pan cleaning. This rack fits three sheet pans and features a vinyl-coated insert that holds them at the right angle for cleaning. The rack is made of copolymer plastic to ensure chemical, impact and heat resistance up to 180°F for 30 minutes, making this full-size rack impressively durable. The open profile allows top-to-bottom and side-to-side washing, as well as air circulation for superior cleaning and drying. Handles on all four sides of the rack ensure easy gripping and transportation, while reinforced index strips allow for four-way tracking.
